Return Policy
We are a family-owned small business, and we truly appreciate your support. Our goal is to provide quality musical instruments and accessories, along with clear and fair policies for all customers.
Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery (based on the carrier’s tracking delivery date).
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
- Original packaging and all included parts/accessories must be present
- Items must be in resalable condition
Please contact us first before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions and help ensure your return is processed smoothly.
Return Shipping
- For returns due to preference (for example, ordered the wrong item, changed your mind, or no longer need the item), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Original shipping charges are not refundable.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
- If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or as soon as possible) with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
- We will be happy to arrange a replacement or refund, and we will cover any related shipping costs.
Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and wear reasons, the following items are final sale and not returnable once opened or used:
- Strings
- Harmonicas
- Reeds and mouth-contact accessories
- Clearance or discounted items
- Custom or personalized products
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within a few business days (usually 2 to 5 business days). Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
